Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Splunk ITSI solutions to support IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize ITSI solutions, including service templates, entities, services, and KPIs.
• Develop notable event aggregation policies and implement advanced analytics like anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
• Configure user authentication, access controls, and data encryption to follow best practices.
• Integrate Splunk with various data sources and ensure data is parsed to be CIM compliant.
• Develop custom scripts and automation workflows to streamline administration and identify new automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as an Infra Dev Specialist.
• Extensive expertise in Splunk ITSI and hands-on experience with ITSI configuration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Splunk environments and resolve complex data ingestion problems.
• Experience implementing CIM compliant data parsing.
• Experience with automation workflows and custom scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
