Description

You will provide front-line application and environment support within a 24x7 operations command center.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and application environments using eyes-on-glass methodologies.
• Assess the impact of major system or application outages and communicate findings to management.
• Mitigate errors and escalate incidents to advanced support teams.
• Document incidents accurately and coordinate activities during bridge calls.
• Act as a technical liaison between engineering staff and management during active incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a production support environment.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for system monitoring.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and incident reporting.
• Experience managing IT escalations and incident lifecycles.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Ability to work shifts independently and participate in stand-up calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for incident coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
