Lead Splunk operations and management across multiple data centers.

Responsibilities

• Set up Splunk Forwarders and manage Monitoring and Deployment tools.
• Integrate new and existing data center alerts into the current monitoring UI platform.
• Parse, index, and search data while adhering to Splunk Standards.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and technical requirements.
• Manage planning, deliveries, and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Splunk dashboarding, parsing, indexing, and searching.
• Proficiency with Python and Bash scripting.
• Strong SQL skills, including SSRS and SQL Agent Jobs.
• Experience managing environments on both Windows and Linux.
• Proficiency with Jira and test management tools.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering and technical planning.
