Description

You will serve as a hands-on individual contributor responsible for managing, expanding, and automating a large-scale enterprise Splunk environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Splunk system architecture, data analytics, and performance management across enterprise deployments.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for CI/CD workflows using Terraform, OpenShift, and Bitbucket.
• Design automation frameworks to optimize software testing and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within automation tools while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expert-level Splunk Architect experience.
• Deep knowledge of search head and indexer clustering topology.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows system administration and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Windows scripting.
• Thorough knowledge of regular expressions.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, OpenShift, and Bitbucket.
• Ability to gather requirements from business groups and drive vendors and admins to deliver solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deployment tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or AutoSys.
• Experience working in secure, multi-data center environments.
• Splunk Enterprise Certified Administrator or Architect credentials.
