You will lead an engineering team focused on monitoring, observability, and data-driven solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers through agile sprint cycles.
• Gather and rationalize requirements to steer technical solutions that meet business objectives.
• Prioritize tasks and user stories based on technical feasibility, business needs, and team capacity.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align IT capabilities with organizational roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering or technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Working knowledge of native cloud services including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience supporting products and services in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS models.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript (NodeJS, Angular), Bash, or Web Services.
• Experience with DevOps practices using Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or code pipeline tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
