Description

You will provide technical leadership during major incidents, managing failovers and restoring services to preserve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical bridges and manage global incident communications, including writing executive notifications.
• Direct failover decisions, data center isolation, and application flow triage during outages.
• Troubleshoot networks, storage, load balancing, and server clustering using IT infrastructure expertise.
• Manage application flows within retail banking channels and emerging payment technologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in middleware or similar technical roles.
• Strong technical background in Splunk, Middleware, Unix, and DB2.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, and various Web Servers.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Basic application development knowledge in Java or Python.
• Understanding of application architecture, databases, and server clustering.
• Familiarity with retail banking channel application flows.
• Knowledge of networks, storage networks, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of digital wallets and emerging payments technologies.
