Description

You will architect, deploy, and optimize Splunk Observability Cloud for enterprise monitoring and incident resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define best practices for Splunk deployment, configuration, and administration to reduce major incidents and improve MTTR.
• Create and maintain custom searches, alerts, and saved reports for proactive monitoring.
• Implement advanced search and reporting capabilities using SPL (Search Processing Language).
• Integrate Splunk Observability Cloud with infrastructure, ServiceNow, Jenkins, and AWS.
• Provide architectural consulting and mentoring to internal teams on monitoring solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Splunk Observability Cloud expertise.
• Deep understanding of cloud services, databases, and operating systems.
• Experience in infrastructure instrumentation into Splunk Observability Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues in distributed, high-volume systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Splunk Certified Architect, Splunk Cloud Certified Admin, or Splunk Core Certified Power User certification.
