Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Splunk-based solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Splunk solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical guidance to align team output with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive CI/CD and test automation process improvements.
• Mentor team members and participate in on-call rotations for production support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Splunk architecture, data ingestion, SPL, and dashboard creation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex production issues.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Splunk ITSI expertise.
• Advanced Java concepts.
