Description

You design and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to engage with customers and define technical requirements.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow modules including Demand, Innovation, Strategic Planning, Resource, Financial, and Project Management.
• Develop custom logic using Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools using SOAP, REST, JSON, and Scripted Web Services.
• Implement workflows, flows, and Performance Analytics to drive process automation and visibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ITBM, specifically SPM, APM, PPM, and TPM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in scripting for ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong integration experience using SOAP, REST, JSON, and Web Services.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience working within DevOps and Agile 2.0 frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM).

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
