Description

Lead technical implementations and configurations within the Oracle Incentive Compensation ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure compensation plans, credit rules, custom components, and classification rules in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Develop data conversions to migrate information into Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation.
• Write SQL and PL/SQL to build custom rules for incentive processes.
• Analyze transactional and configurational data to identify and resolve discrepancies in complex scenarios.
• Manage Oracle Partner Relationship Management for dealer and partner sales compensation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SPM or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation configuration.
• Functional knowledge of end-to-end Oracle Incentive Compensation flows.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience with data conversion processes into Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle HR.
• Experience with Oracle Partner Relationship Management.
• Ability to perform deep-dive data analysis on transactional sets.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Computing expertise.
