Description

Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Spotfire platform environment.

Manage security, service request fulfillment, project provisioning, and connections/sources.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain base software, including environment setup and patch/release management.
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting, diagnostic support, and incident, problem, and service outage management.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and utilization to identify storage, license, or threshold issues.
• Execute change requests, document work instructions, and log technical support tickets with vendor helpdesks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Spotfire implementation and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Spotfire platform management.
• Proficiency in patch and release management.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• Ability to provide 24x7 production system support.
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring capabilities.
• Capability to handle L2/L3 level technical support.

• Any Graduate degree.
