Description

Lead technical operations and system stability for Verizon CXP and SOE domains, owning incident resolution and performance tuning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and implement permanent resolutions.
• Manage outages and Major Incident Management (MIM) processes.
• Monitor operational funnels to identify bottlenecks and design reflow steps for process continuity.
• Document troubleshooting guides, operational processes, and post-incident reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Verizon Systems, specifically ORBPM (Order Rewire) or OMS (Order Management System).
• Deep knowledge of Verizon CXP areas and architecture.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Java application performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of APIs across CXP and SOE domains.
• Proficiency with Kibana and Grafana for log and metric analysis.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing system fallout and application performance issues.
• Ability to moderate and communicate technical findings clearly.
