Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications and RESTful services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java/J2EE developers in designing and implementing RESTful web services using Spring Boot.
• Define and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure scalability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior developers.
• Recommend technical solutions by staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful web services.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies and containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Strong technical communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical discussions and driving architectural decisions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
