Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications, focusing on RESTful services and the Spring Boot framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Java/J2EE developers in designing, developing, and implementing RESTful web services using Spring Boot.
• Define and implement coding, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend solutions and drive technical improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies and RESTful web services.
• Strong expertise in the Spring Boot Framework.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, secure Java web applications.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and technical leadership.
