Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance process for software products through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and test cases based on technical specifications.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and security tests using manual and automated methods.
• Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA, performing re-testing to verify fixes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using tools like JMeter.
• Perform data validation testing to ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to provide QA insights during design and code reviews.
• Mentor junior QA engineers through training and technical support.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in software QA or testing.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management for data validation.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting/programming languages.
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication for bug reporting and team collaboration.
• Expertise in data validation and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
