Description

You will execute functional and automation testing to ensure software quality across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering to build functional understanding and generate test cases.
• Perform functional testing and retest defects following prescribed standards and processes.
• Manage defect tracking for assigned modules and conduct smoke tests after code deployment.
• Provide effort estimates for test case creation and execution.
• Prepare defect analysis reports to track recurring issues and support post-production troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in Functional Testing and Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Test Case Creation, Regression testing, and Bug Tracking.
• Strong knowledge of testing concepts, principles, design, and execution techniques.
• Hands-on experience with SQL querying and web testing.
• Experience with performance testing.
• Ability to learn complex business domains quickly.
• Any Graduate degree (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or M.Sc. preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration testing in complex applications or domains.
• Working knowledge of test management tools.
