Job Description:    We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to drive testing initiatives and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, QA processes, and agile development methodologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and API-based applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks to improve test efficiency. Work closely with development teams to identify, debug, and resolve software issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with product owners and developers to define acceptance criteria. Track and report defects and quality metrics, ensuring full test coverage. Support CI/CD integration for continuous testing and deployment. Required Skills: Strong expertise in manual and automation testing methodologies. Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, JIRA, Jenkins, and Postman. Experience with API testing, RESTful services, and SQL databases. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Good to Have: Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools. Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter). Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure). ISTQB or equivalent certification.
