You will manage database operations and data analysis within the claims payer domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage RDBMS environments using Oracle DBA tools.
• Execute complex SQL queries within the Facets system.
• Analyze data to ensure accuracy in the claims payer domain.
• Support customer onboarding and fullstack customer service processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database management or analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle DBA tasks.
• Direct experience with Facets in a claims payer domain.
• Experience working with RDBMS.
• Background in customer onboarding and customer service.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
