Description

You will design and oversee complex database architectures and SQL development strategies for scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable database architectures using Oracle and other relational systems.
• Develop complex SQL and T-SQL scripts to support specific data requirements.
• Manage data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence integration.
• Plan and execute database security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data strategy with business needs.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in SQL development and database architecture.
• Expert proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and T-SQL.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other RDBMS.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL.
• Experience managing cloud-based database solutions including AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, or Google Cloud SQL.
• Strong background in data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Proven ability in database security and disaster recovery planning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in SQL Server or other relevant database technologies.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and big data technologies.
