Description

We are looking for an experienced SQL BI Developer to join an Agile team supporting healthcare application development and BI initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
Strong SQL Server / T-SQL expertise
SSIS – ETL package development and optimization
SSRS – Reports and reporting solutions
Power BI – Dashboards and data visualization
Strong ETL, data modeling, and database design experience
Healthcare domain experience is mandatory
Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data quality
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
Develop and maintain SSIS ETL packages
Build and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
Monitor and troubleshoot SQL Server and BI performance issues
Participate in data modeling and database design
Prepare technical documentation and process specifications
