Description

You will act as the primary bridge between end users and the engineering team to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into formal technical requirement deliverables.
• Work with the PMO to create and manage backlog stories using Scrum ceremonies.
• Write SQL queries to generate business metrics and reports.
• Identify, document, and track system issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze IT system operations to recommend improvements based on user needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data reporting.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in the Telecom domain.
• Ability to evaluate and analyze information technology systems operations.

• Any Graduate degree.
