You will support business and technical communities by focusing on people analytics, commissions, and back-office metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues to resolve inaccuracies.
• Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from users to develop data solutions.
• Identify operational efficiency gaps and implement automation enhancements.
• Extract, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple databases with high attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Expert-level SQL proficiency with 2+ years of hands-on development or support experience.
• Experience working with RDBMS technologies such as SQL Server or Redshift.
• Proven ability to analyze data and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Experience working within an analytic or reporting environment.
• Experience handling confidential employee and financial data.
• Proficiency using ticketing and project management systems like Zendesk, Jira, or Trello.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of application development concepts and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience with Python or Ruby.
• Previous ETL experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
