Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain relational database structures and data models.
• Maintain centralized data reporting infrastructure supporting enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and OLAP queries for reporting and analysis.
• Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Work with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar ETL technologies.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting of reporting issues.
• Review technical specifications and provide recommendations and feedback.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and managing relational database structures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining centralized enterprise reporting infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing complex SQL and OLAP queries.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or equivalent ETL tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing business/requirements analysis and developing ad-hoc reports.
• Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing technical specifications and providing technical guidance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Experience in data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare or government environments is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
