Description

You will lead the development and analysis of new Credit Services strategies to improve risk mitigation performance.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual frameworks to analyze varied business problems and gather requirements from leadership.
• Develop methodologies and design tests to determine strategy effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Build predictive and exploratory models for acquisition, risk management, customer retention, and segmentation.
• Manipulate and merge data from multiple databases to provide meaningful quantitative insights.
• Identify reporting needs by partnering with subject matter experts and operations partners.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of analytical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Advanced SQL skills including data pulling, manipulation, merging, and reporting.
• Experience working with very large datasets.
• Ability to quantitatively assess business problems and interpret complex data.
• Any Graduate degree.
