Description

Design, develop, and maintain relational database structures, data models, and centralized enterprise reporting infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and OLAP queries for reporting and analysis.
• Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Work with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), or similar ETL technologies.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting of reporting issues.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and managing relational database structures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining centralized enterprise reporting infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing complex SQL and OLAP queries.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with SSAS and SSIS or equivalent ETL tools.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience reviewing technical specifications and providing technical guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Experience in data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare or government environments.
