Description

You will migrate enterprise data from Infor/Lawson systems into Workday.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Infor/Lawson legacy data structures, relationships, and business rules.
• Develop complex SQL scripts to extract, cleanse, profile, and validate data.
• Build and maintain data mapping documents from Infor/Lawson to Workday.
• Prepare Workday data load templates including EIBs, spreadsheets, and Core Connectors.
• Reconcile and validate data across legacy and Workday systems for accuracy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data conversion, data analysis, or ETL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Infor/Lawson data models across HR, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Workday data conversion processes (EIBs, Core Connectors, templates).
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate business rules into mapping logic.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and functional teams.
