Description

You will manage data extraction, mapping, and relational database development to support web applications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret database tables and data structures to ensure correct extraction and mapping.
• Create, modify, and query relational databases to support web applications.
• Write complex SQL queries using search criteria, running totals, summaries, and custom functions.
• Design and implement data manipulation languages based on core database design principles.
• Develop and maintain database-backed web applications and user interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Development, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Experience with relational database management systems including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Proficiency with PLSQL Developer, SQL Plus, and SQL Navigator.
• Experience using AWS Glue for data workflows.
• Strong understanding of database design and data manipulation languages.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with structured, unstructured, and columnar databases.
• Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, and data migration projects.
