Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SQL data operations, owning database design, performance tuning, and analytics support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop database objects using DDL and DML SQL statements.
• Build and maintain Transact-SQL elements, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues by debugging and researching root causes.
• Support data reports via SSRS and analytics platforms like Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify data requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of database experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2014, 2022).
• Strong, hands-on expertise with SQL Server Management Studio.
• Deep understanding of the business use cases related to data.
• Strong experience in SQL performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SSIS and other ETL tools and techniques.
• Experience supporting analytics platforms such as Power BI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines including Github Actions.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C# and Java.
