Description

You will own data quality validation and automated SQL testing for ETL processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated SQL test cases to validate data transformations and quality.
• Perform end-to-end testing of ETL processes using SSIS and Microsoft BI tools.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Identify, document, and track defects and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to define data requirements and ensure test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automated SQL testing with a focus on data validation.
• Proficiency in ETL testing, specifically using SSIS.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and SQL.
• Experience working in CI/CD environments and integrating tests into automated pipelines.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying data discrepancies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tSQLt for unit testing SQL Server code.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and cloud-based data integration.
• Knowledge of SQL linting tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
