Description

You will manage database operations and performance across internal, customer-hosted, and Azure cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to monitor and ensure fluent operations of customer and internal databases.
• Maintain system performance on Azure cloud deployments.
• Install and maintain customer-hosted SQL servers.
• Assist consultants and developers in writing efficient SQL statements.
• Integrate new database technology developments into existing products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL statements and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in T-SQL for tool development.
• Experience managing Azure SQL Database services.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning.
• Background in handling large data volumes across multiple instances.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing PowerShell scripts.
• Knowledge of NoSQL and alternative non-relational database systems.
