What's the Job?

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex database solutions, often leveraging new technologies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SQL Server Administration within the team.
• Manage multiple moderately complex projects and lead activities related to special initiatives or operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and promote operational excellence in database environments.
• Ensure AlwaysOn performance tuning for large, high-tier environments, maintaining optimal database performance and reliability.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server Administration, including complex database design and management.
• Prior experience working in banking or financial services, particularly on the App DBA side.
• Proficiency with Linux administration and scripting languages such as Shell and Python.
• Experience automating operational tasks, monitoring, and maintenance activities related to TigerGraph environments.
• Strong sense of problem ownership, client accountability, and proven ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
