Description

You will architect and manage SQL Server environments in production settings, ensuring high availability and performance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect SQL Server solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Manage high-transaction OLTP instances handling over 50k batch requests per second.
• Execute migrations of multi-terabyte SQL Server databases to Azure with zero downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server Availability Groups and Distributed Availability Groups in production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with SQL Server in production environments.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with SQL Server 2017 or higher.
• 5+ years of experience managing high-transaction OLTP instances exceeding 50k batch requests/sec.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server Availability Groups.
• 3+ years of experience working with Distributed Availability Groups.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server on Azure, including both PaaS and SaaS offerings.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with SQL, Azure, and .NET.
