Description

You will design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets to support company-wide profitability reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the profitability reporting solution using manufacturing ERP data.
• Automate manual financial reporting and cost allocation processes currently managed by Finance.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large volumes of operational and financial data.
• Develop data movement and automation processes using Python, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Support data integration workflows utilizing Azure Data Factory and SQL Server Agent.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SQL development experience with advanced SQL Server skills.
• Expertise in complex query development, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Python, Spark, or R for scripting, automation, and large-scale data processing.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL Server Agent scheduling and automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and operational reporting environments.
• Understanding of financial and operational data interactions, including BOMs and standard cost accounting.
