Description

Lead SQL Server operations across on-premises and Azure cloud environments for critical business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SQL Server infrastructure to ensure stability for internal and external clients.
• Perform extensive performance tuning and troubleshooting using DMVs and diagnostic tools.
• Lead and guide team members, overseeing career development and performance management.
• Provide operational support and resolve complex technical issues in high-pressure environments.
• Collaborate with global application teams to maintain robust database environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud SQL deployment and management.
• Expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting using DMVs.
• Proven experience in people management and leading technical teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
