Responsibilities

• Design and build complex, resilient database systems with object-level optimizations.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage large datasets or transactional platforms.
• Lead critical data management projects and manage technical resources.
• Resolve technical and business conflicts through negotiation and leadership.
• Support database implementations within regulated banking or financial environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing database technologies.
• 7+ years of hands-on SQL and query optimization experience.
• 5+ years of database object-level design optimization.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building complex, resilient database systems.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-native technologies.
• 3+ years of experience supporting database implementations in regulated banking or financial industries.
• 2+ years of technical lead experience, including resource management and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Agile delivery tools.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages and industry-standard development tools.
