Description

You will manage SQL Server operations across on-premises and Azure cloud environments, ensuring stable database operations for critical business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for critical business applications on the SQL Server platform.
• Perform extensive performance tuning and troubleshooting using DMVs and related tools.
• Lead and guide team members, including responsibilities for performance management and career development.
• Collaborate closely with global application teams to ensure stable database operations.
• Exercise decisive judgment to support mission-critical database environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server operations.
• Deep expertise in SQL Server performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with on-premises SQL Server management.
• Experience managing SQL Server on the Azure cloud platform.
• Proficiency using Dynamic Management Views (DMVs) for database analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage people.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
