Description

Build and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models using Python and Databricks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML and Generative AI models.
• Use Python for data analysis, model development, and experimentation.
• Apply ML techniques to solve business problems.
• Integrate models into applications with engineering and product teams.
• Evaluate, optimize, and maintain model performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Background in marketing, including propensity modelling across campaigns.
• Understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and Databricks environments.
