Description

You will manage SQL database administration and application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform database administration including installation, configuration, maintenance, and security management.
• Execute database upgrades from SQL 2012, 2014, and 2016 to SQL 2019.
• Manage backup and restore operations and data center migrations.
• Analyze new requirements to develop appropriate SQL-based solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to debug existing code and resolve defects.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in SQL database administration and application development.
• Microsoft SQL Server certification.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server administration and database design.
• Strong experience with SSRS and SSIS.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data center migrations.
• Proficiency in SQL development.
• Experience with C#.
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex database upgrading projects.
