Description

You will lead the migration of SQL applications from on-premise to Google Cloud environments, owning the architectural planning and automation of the deployment pipeline.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead architectural planning for SQL application migration to Google Cloud.
• Develop migration playbooks and establish necessary repositories.
• Build or improve automation solutions for application deployment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure the cloud environment post-migration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL operations DBA roles.
• Proficiency in SQL administration and T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for automation.
• Experience using GitLab for version control and pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
