SQL DBA

You will manage and optimize core database instances to ensure performance, security, and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure database instances for optimal performance and security.
• Optimize database performance to prevent application bottlenecks.
• Secure databases against unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Manage disaster recovery to ensure availability and rapid restoration.
• Execute database migrations between versions, across platforms, and from on-premise to AWS Cloud.
• Implement patches, upgrades, and resource planning based on usage trends.
• Integrate databases with external systems via ETL processes and third-party APIs.
• Maintain detailed records of configurations, changes, and incidents for compliance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in database administration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Proficiency with MySQL.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Knowledge of ETL processes.
• Experience with cross-platform data migrations.
• Ability to manage database upgrades and patching.
• Any Graduate degree.
