Description

You will manage Microsoft SQL Server database operations and development tasks, ensuring system stability and efficient data processing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MS Database systems, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Develop, implement, and optimize ETL processes using SSIS.
• Write, review, and optimize T-SQL scripts for data manipulation and automation.
• Perform routine database administration duties to ensure high availability.
• Apply backend development principles to support application data needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in database administration and development.
• Expert knowledge of MS Database (SQL Server).
• Proficiency with T-SQL for complex queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and ETL concepts.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles.
• Proven experience in software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based database solutions (Azure SQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.
