Description

You will manage database and server services across on-premises and cloud environments. You own the deployment, support, and administration of infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, monitoring, and backup/restore processes. You administer cloud infrastructure, managing accounts, subscriptions, IAM, networks, and load balancers. You automate infrastructure as code using Git, CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform. You support application and operations teams with real-time production and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support server and database services on-premises and in the cloud.
• Manage infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, monitoring, and backup/restore processes.
• Administer cloud infrastructure accounts, subscriptions, IAM, networks, and load balancers.
• Automate infrastructure as code using Git, CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Support application and operations teams with real-time production and test environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of database administration experience.
• 4+ years of direct systems administration experience.
• 3+ years working with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with Git, GoCD/Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines.
• Extensive experience with VMware virtual environments, including vSphere, Operations Manager, and vMotion.
• Proficiency in Nutanix administration.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery planning, documentation, and implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Avamar/HYCU for backup and restore.
