Description

You will manage and optimize SQL Server environments across all operational stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize SQL Server databases in production, development, and test environments.
• Perform routine maintenance, backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure high availability and performance tuning for mission-critical systems.
• Implement and enforce database security policies, including role-based access control and encryption.
• Design and implement new SQL Server environments, including clustering, replication, and Always On Availability Groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AMS operations and ITIL-based service management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and hybrid database solutions.
• Proficient in using SCOM for enterprise-level monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL Dba and AMS operations.
