Description

You will manage SQL Server environments and lead technical database projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor database activity and file usage to ensure proper resource allocation and performance.
• Develop and optimize complex data retrieval queries for maintainability and speed.
• Design complex data structures, logical attributes, and inter-relationships to support production and storage requirements.
• Install, implement, and support complex systems while maintaining detailed installation instructions.
• Lead and guide less experienced personnel while managing onshore and offshore team coordination.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
• Experience managing teams of 5 or more members.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud DB infrastructure support.
• Proven ability to act as a technical project leader.
• Strong capability in analyzing data relationships, flow, and storage requirements.
• Proficiency in testing applications using database management software.
• Experience using corporate tools for change and problem tracking.
• Any Graduate degree.
