What's the Job?

• Upgrade SQL Server environments from versions 2016/2019 to SQL Server 2022, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Build and configure new SQL Server 2022 instances tailored to organizational needs.
• Manage database backup, recovery, and storage processes to safeguard data integrity and availability.
• Monitor systems proactively, identify failures, and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability.
• Support application teams by troubleshooting issues and optimizing database performance.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, including upgrades and server builds.
• Proficiency with SQL Server Replication, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to support cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
