Description

You will manage SQL Server environments, execute data migrations, and support infrastructure operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer SQL Server databases and oversee data migration projects.
• Lead technical project meetings and publish support documentation for IT processes.
• Manage file servers, including Windows shares, NTFS permissions, and unstructured data migrations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
• Troubleshoot user access issues and collaborate with network teams for remote system access.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server Database Administration.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques (RClone, Robocopy).
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security.
• Knowledge of VMware virtualization and on-premise datacenter hardware.
• Ability to manage SaaS file sharing products (Dropbox, ShareFile).
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
