Description

You will manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load data into warehouse environments.
• Design and code data solutions based on database architecture and departmental specifications.
• Consult with data management teams to review requirements and develop ETL jobs.
• Troubleshoot ETL processing issues and conduct testing to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Maintain and analyze large datasets while providing written documentation of testing and verification.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with SQL relational databases, warehouse loading, or extractions.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL development tools, specifically IBM DataStage.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL programming, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and scheduled jobs.
• Deep experience with MS SQL database objects, coding, and architecture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent ETL certifications.
• Experience working on high-profile implementation projects involving multiple technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in state government environments.
• Knowledge of Project Management standards, best practices, and tools.
