You will own data acquisition, ingestion, and modeling to support business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines using SSIS and Alteryx to ingest data from SQL Server, SAP, Teradata, Hadoop/Hive, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and flat files.
• Create and optimize data models while assisting in defining data architecture frameworks, standards, and security principles.
• Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality through various data solution techniques.
• Manage data projects using JIRA stories and act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
• Automate and support workflows to ensure timely delivery and review modifications for cross-compatibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SQL Server development experience.
• 5+ years of data modeling experience.
• 5+ years of ETL experience.
• Proficiency in T-SQL (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience working with multiple database technologies including Microsoft SQL Server and Teradata.
• Working knowledge of Hadoop/Hive, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Experience using JIRA for project management.
