Description

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers while maintaining ETL processes and data workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Write automation scripts using Shell or Python to support data workflows.
• Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL).
• Experience with ETL tools or frameworks (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or custom scripts).
• Strong scripting experience in Shell or Python.
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Airflow, Control-M, or Cron.
