Description

You will own end-to-end data journeys, bridging business needs with technical execution. You translate requirements into technical specifications, manage data mappings, and resolve cross-team dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth data analysis and produce data mappings between reporting platforms.
• Create data catalogues, functional specification documents (FSDs), and solution design specifications (SDS).
• Translate business requirements into technical resources for internal and external teams.
• Analyze upstream changes and communicate downstream consequences to stakeholders.
• Drive decision-making to resolve open issues through stakeholder discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL query writing and data modeling.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and data analysis.
• Experience writing API contracts in Swagger.
• Proven ability to manage teams of Business Analysts.
• Hands-on experience with business process re-engineering, gap analysis, and user requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in creating standard SDLC artefacts including SRAs and SDSs.
• Experience with Agile methodology and managing story requirement artefacts.
• Strong documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-Business, e-Commerce, or Internet technologies.
• Proficiency with UML and CASE tools such as EA or Rational Rose.
